Termite Control Services-Post Construction Treatment
Generally termites live as a colony under the ground. By controlling temperature and humidity using mounds and mud tube above the ground level they survive. They enter in to the building through cracks with minimum size of 1/64”. Termite feeds on the cellulose containing materials only such as cotton, wood, paper. Termites are undoubtedly one of the most dangerous pests found in residential and commercial places. Although these tiny organisms do not bite or contaminate your food or spread diseases, they can still be a spoiler for your entire furniture and property.

Cockroach Bait Services from PCS
Our Trained professionals will apply cockroach bait in small spots about 1/4” in diameter to the areas, particularly cracks and crevices, where roaches may hide or enter buildings. Some of these areas include areas where baseboards are peeling away from the wall, cracks in and around equipment and appliances such as stoves, sinks, dishwashers, refrigerators. Bait can also be applied in thin lines if appropriate. We Use the higher number of spots when infestations are heavy and/or when roaches are living primarily in wall or other inaccessible areas. Smaller, more frequent spots are better than occasional large spots. It’s an odorless service, no smell, no inconvenience of emptying out or vacating premises.
In addition, space residual spray will also be used to kill the cockroach which come to contact with the surface by the action of contact and nerve poison.
Why Cockroaches need to be controlled?
Roaches are very adaptable insect, surviving where other insects would be extinct. Because of their adaptable natures they are one of the more difficult pest to control, especially the German Cockroaches.
Cockroaches are synonymous with filth and poor hygiene. Their feeding and nesting habits mean they can accumulate a range of pathogenic organisms which they transmit to food and surfaces where they feed and crawl.
Roaches are a health hazard, carrying bacteria on their bodies that are transmitted to men. The main diseases transmitted are different forms of gastroenteritis including food poisoning, dysentery, and diarrhea.
The German cockroach is one of the most common roaches found in apartment houses, restaurants, and hotels. It will eat anything, and stay close to food and water source.

Wood borer Management
Wood borers damage wood by tunneling at the larval (grub) stage for food or leaving an emergence hole on the surface of the wood after becoming an adult (beetle). These emergence holes (‘pin holes’) are quite visible and are usually the first signs of an active infestation of wood borer. Semi oil based Odorless insecticide will be injected by using syringe/ hand sprayer on the wooden damaged surfaces.

Bedbug Control
The necessary practice in Bedbug control is to inspect used furniture, particularly bed frames and mattresses before bringing it into the home. Mattresses, in particular, carry the greatest risk of harboring Bed Bugs and their eggs. Bed bugs hide in cracks and crevices during daylight hours. A thorough insecticide treatment with a residual spray will be applied to the areas (folds of mattresses, cracks and hollow posts of bed stands, furniture frames, the bottom and sides of drawers, loose wallpaper, behind pictures on the walls, corner of door and window frames, and behind baseboards) where infestation of nymph and adult bedbugs at an interval of two times per month.
People with large numbers of bed bug bites may experience discomfort or flu-like symptoms caused by a reaction to the saliva injected by the feeding bugs.
Some individuals respond to bed bug infestations with anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Bed bugs are not known to transmit disease.
At room temperature, it takes only about five weeks for a bedbug to pass from newly emerged nymph to adult. They become reproductively active only as adults.
Integrate Housefly Management
Residual Insecticide – those that remain active for some time – will be applied to outdoor surfaces such as walls and overhangs that are being used by the flies as resting areas.
If necessary, Larvicide’s will also be used to kill maggots of Adult flies at their breeding places.

For outdoor control, repellent insecticides (Residual action-six month on wall surface) with slight fumigant action will be sprayed on outer side of windows frame to repel the lizards to come and contact with the surface.
Lizards egg will also be collected (If necessary) by mechanically in crack and crevices to stop the developmental stages.
General Pest Management/Disinfestations Services
